Intuitive Movement:
Each session has followed a different theme, and so has had a different essence. The gist of these workshops: a guided journey into a state of flow, where ego and inner critic take a back seat as we allow the intuitive, creative self to emerge. The part of us that knows how to move freely, without worrying about how we look. These are intuitive dance experiences that allow you to surrender to your body’s wisdom, your innate ability to play, connect, express, and most importantly, experience natural ecstasy...
Women’s Circles:
“The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak, and sing with us when we are strong.” Stark
Within each of our lineages, there was a time when women sitting in circle to connect to themselves, each other, and the web of life was a part of daily life. Embedded in the knowing that when women gather, the world heals a little more…
Here we reclaim that remembrance. Through ritual, connection, healing, and creativity, we create a space to nurture, support and empower ourselves, each other, and our communities.
Each circle is different (if you’ve noticed a pattern about my work it’s that nothing is set in stone- we are ever-evolving beings so I allow each session to evolve as it needs to, depending on who is there…).
Wombga
A Hatha yoga flow that will take you on a journey of connection to your womb wisdom & power, through breath-work and movement.
Embodied Art Therapy
A guided journey into mindful breath-work, movement, and art-making, to uncover and explore the unconscious realm: a world full of potent material for healing.
Customized workshops and group sessions
I have collaborated with charities, schools and corporate organisations to design workshops ranging from wellbeing awareness, pleasure education for young girls, group healing after collective trauma, group art therapy … and the list is endless.
The point: don’t be shy, get in touch and we can organise something that suits your needs.
